Normento Teaching aims to make it easy for most people to learn Norwegian, English and social studies. We offer courses and flexible package solutions that are tailored to your needs, whether you want to improve your language skills for work, education or want to take Norwegian exams.
Our main focus is to provide participants with practical skills and knowledge that strengthen their opportunities for, among other things, integration and participation in Norwegian society. Through engaging teaching and personal follow-up, we want to help our course participants achieve their goals, whether it is passing language tests, understanding social issues or mastering daily communication in Norwegian and English.
At Normento Teaching we believe in inclusion, mastery and lifelong learning. We work to create a safe and motivating learning environment where everyone has the opportunity to develop and realize their potential. Briefly about me

My name is Susanna and I have been teaching for 25 years. Through my 25 years as a teacher, I have experience from primary school, lower secondary school, upper secondary school, adult education and have been a lecturer at the University of Oslo. I am an associate professor with promotion and have a master's degree in adapted education. In addition, I have education in special education, suggestopedia, adult education, Norwegian as a second language, English, multicultural education, guidance and coaching, social studies and adult education. In my teaching, I focus on coping and safety. It is important to me that students participate actively in order to be able to cope with everyday challenges. I want to facilitate individually adapted education where the student's needs are put first.
I started Normento Teaching because of my passion for teaching. I am passionate about teaching and helping students gain useful life-long knowledge. I currently work as a high school teacher with a focus on minorities. I know what it takes to learn and master subjects.
